"Because I do rely on reviews a lot I called Adriana Cabrera for a home insurance quote; I wasn’t ready to make the decision on the spot so a few weeks later I called her again but she was never “available “ anymore; her coworkers said she’s “ in a meeting “ , or “not available “. I left messages to have her call me back 3 times but she never did. I’ve waited a month to see if she will return my calls but she never did. Very unprofessional! My complaint was about Adriana Cabrera not returning my calls; her staff tried covering for her ; yet once I posted the negative review all of a sudden she’s “available “ and replied to my review! How convenient!"

"Adriana, to my knowledge every time you have called the agency we were more than willing to help with your quote but you always refused our assistance. You were unhappy with our stand alone home insurance rates but really liked our bundled price. We explained multiple times that the rate you preferred was with our multiline discount which would require you to also have auto coverage with us to take advantage of the rate. You were unwilling to move your auto insurance to us so unfortunately, there was not much else we could have done to accommodate the rate you preferred. We will bend over backwards for all our customers but there are times where we can’t control the outcome if the customer isn’t willing to do what we advise. All the best, Adriana"
